Terms & Conditions

The Learning Mentor Award is issued solely by the All India Council for Professional Excellence (AICPE), and there is no association or affiliation with any other organization or entity.
AICPE reserves the right to issue the Learning Mentor Award and holds complete discretion in selecting the recipients of the award.
Online nomination is compulsory for individuals or representatives of affiliated institutes who wish to be considered for the Learning Mentor Award. Nominations can only be submitted through the official AICPE Awards website at www.aicpeawards.com.
Once a nomination is submitted, no changes or modifications will be accepted or considered. It is the responsibility of the nominator to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
The decision of AICPE in awarding the title of Learning Mentor is final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained regarding the selection process or the decision made by AICPE.
AICPE reserves the right to award the title of Learning Mentor to multiple applicants who meet the criteria and standards set forth by the organization.
Every awardee of the Learning Mentor Award will be recognized with an official Award Certificate. The certificate will be delivered to the recipient’s provided address by speed post only. AICPE will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the delivery process.
The jurisdiction for any legal matters or disputes arising from the Learning Mentor Award or its associated activities shall be subject to Nagpur, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
By participating in the nomination process and accepting the Learning Mentor Award, the nominee and/or affiliated institute agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledges that failure to comply may result in disqualification or revocation of the award. AICPE reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
